Job Description
**Pay**
: $160,000 \- $170,000 annually
**Location**
: Downtown Austin, 78701 — Hybrid (in\-office 3 days/week)
**Summary**

**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 6\+ years of DevOps experience
* Hands\-on experience designing solutions in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Rackspace)
* Proficiency with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
* Experience managing SaaS applications with Java, Spring Boot, Oracle
* Deep understanding of observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, ELK/EFK
* Knowledge of networking, Linux environments, and incident management
* Proven leadership skills in mentoring engineering teams
* Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred skills include strong analytical and communication abilities, initiative, curiosity about new technologies, and flexibility to adapt in a fast\-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Champion DevOps best practices, fostering a culture of automation and continuous feedback
* Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as Code (IaC) in cloud/hybrid environments
* Ensure infrastructure and systems are scalable, secure, and cost\-effective
* Lead observability and incident management initiatives, defining KPIs to drive improvements
