**About The Organization:**
We’re looking for an accomplished
**DevOps Lead**
for a
**global venture\-backed AI \& Robotics startup in Pakistan**
. This is a central role in a growing startup where you will be working directly at the forefront of AI \& Robotics. The respective individual’s contributions will directly shape the future while enabling you to experience a diverse international environment with teams spread across the USA, Norway, and Pakistan.
**Role Overview:**
The organization is building a robust and scalable software solution for deployment in machining companies across the EU and the US, and require a talented DevOps Engineer to
**design and implement the backbone of their deployment and operations strategy.**
In collaboration with the rest of the team, the individual will take the lead in structuring their releases, managing containerized environments, and establishing seamless remote support and data management pipelines.
**This is a critical role that ensures their cutting\-edge software runs reliably and efficiently in a variety of industrial scenarios.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, build, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines using
**GitHub Actions**
for automated testing and releases.
* Develop and manage a containerization strategy, potentially migrating from
**Docker to Kubernetes**
, to orchestrate the application deployments.
* Create and manage multi\-architecture build systems for
**x86 and arm64 platforms**
.
* Establish a robust infrastructure for remote deployment, monitoring, debugging, and support of the software at customer sites.
* Manage backend release structures and versioning to ensure smooth and reliable updates.
* Handle data management strategies for collecting and analyzing data from deployed systems.
* Collaborate with the development team ensure the infrastructure meets the needs of the AI and robotics software.
**Required Skills \& Experiences:**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
* Proven
**3\+ years of experience**
as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
* Strong experience with CI/CD tools, with a preference for
**GitHub Actions.**
* Proficiency in containerization technologies such as
**Docker**
.
* Solid understanding of networking, security, and deployment on
**Linux\-based systems**
.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
* Knowledge of C\+\+ and CMake/Ament build tools.
* Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
* Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic, international team.
