Operating in a fast-paced, research-heavy startup environment, we build scalable, customized SaaS and AI solutions—particularly within clinical operations, healthcare administrative services, and medical billing. We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to join our established team and help us build infrastructure that adapts fast and grows sustainably.
The Role
As a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer, you will be a key player on our established infrastructure team, working out of our Lahore office. You will design, implement, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines that power our core SaaS platforms, high-volume processing systems, and AI model deployments.
You will work closely with our development and operations teams to automate complex workflows, optimize AWS cloud resources, and ensure the reliability and performance of our applications. Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Automation:
Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to support seamless software delivery and AI model deployments.
- Infrastructure Management:
Provision, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- High-Volume Scalability:
Ensure the reliability and performance of SaaS applications handling high-volume processing and automated claim routing.
- System Administration \& Monitoring:
Manage Linux-based systems, implement proactive monitoring, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents.
- Collaboration \& Research:
Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced environment to test new deployment strategies and optimize our existing technology stack.
Required Qualifications \& Tech Stack
- Experience:
3+ years of practical DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Cloud \& IaC:
Hands-on expertise with AWS and provisioning infrastructure using Terraform or similar IaC tools.
- Scripting \& Development:
Strong scripting skills in
Python
and/or
Bash
, with a solid understanding of
Node.js
environments.
- Databases:
Experience maintaining and optimizing relational databases, specifically
PostgreSQL
.
- Containers:
Solid familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Systems:
Deep knowledge of Linux administration, system monitoring, and networking fundamentals.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Experience with backend infrastructure.
- Familiarity with deploying and scaling LLMs, AI agents, or data-heavy machine learning workflows.
- Knowledge of healthcare data security, HIPAA compliance, or secure PHI handling protocols.
