**Overview**
The role focuses on building, operating, and automating infrastructure systems that support digital content platforms such as video streaming, media distribution, and online services.

**Position Summary**
You will be responsible for managing and improving
**Kubernetes\-based production systems**
for large\-scale consumer services.
Your core responsibilities include:
* Monitoring systems, responding to alerts, and troubleshooting issues
* Supporting development teams with infrastructure\-related requests
* Managing lifecycle (EOL) of operating systems and middleware
* Conducting performance testing (load, stress, and failure scenarios)
* Identifying bottlenecks and improving system performance
* Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
* Creating and improving operational procedures
* Proactively identifying issues and driving improvements
* Leveraging AI tools (e.g., code assistants) to improve operational efficiency
**Technical Environment (Example)**
* Cloud platforms: Private Cloud / AWS / GCP
* OS: Linux distributions (e.g., Rocky Linux, Amazon Linux)
* Web servers: Apache / Nginx
* Databases: MySQL, Aurora, Redis, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
* Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
* CI/CD \& tools: Jenkins, Helm, Kustomize
* Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, New Relic
**Mandatory Qualifications**
* 2\+ years of experience building and operating Linux servers
* (including command line usage, user and permission management, middleware configuration, troubleshooting)
* 2\+ years of experience building, operating, and monitoring infrastructure for
**consumer\-facing (BtoC) systems**
* Hands\-on experience or working knowledge of
**container technologies**
such as Kubernetes and/or Docker
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Interest in and practical use of
**AI\-assisted development/operations tools**
, with the ability to evaluate outputs critically
* Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS)
* Basic database knowledge (SQL operations, backup and restore)
* Strong communication skills for working with engineers and stakeholders
* Ability to clearly report, explain, and collaborate on technical topics
