Hybrid downtown Toronto (3x a week)
As DevOps Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for the infrastructure and delivery systems powering our applications. You’ll balance hands\-on technical execution with strategic leadership, ensuring our systems remain secure, scalable, and reliable. Working across engineering, operations, and business teams, you’ll drive DevOps best practices and guide the evolution of our cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
**Leadership \& Strategy**
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high\-performing DevOps team.
* Align DevOps strategy with broader business objectives.
* Promote adoption of CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure\-as\-code.
**Cloud \& Infrastructure**
* Oversee and optimize AWS environments for performance, availability, and cost.
* Manage infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
**Automation \& Delivery**
* Drive enterprise DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD and automation.
* Champion faster, safer software delivery practices.
**Security \& Compliance**
* Maintain secure configurations, access controls, and monitoring.
* Support audits and incident response.
**Collaboration \& Tools**
* Partner with development teams to integrate infrastructure with applications.
* Act as a connector between technical and business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
**Required**
* 7\+ years overall DevOps
* 3\+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related technical fields.
* 2\+ years managing DevOps or infrastructure teams (hiring, coaching, performance).
* Experience defining and executing enterprise DevOps strategies (automation, CI/CD, process improvements).
* Strong AWS cloud management and cost optimization skills.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC2\).
* Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders.
