DevOps Engineer

We are hiring a hands\-on GCP DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and secure cloud infrastructure at scale. You will work alongside platform and product teams to drive reliability, performance, and developer velocity. **Responsibilities:** * Design, deploy, and maintain production\-grade infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Run, GCS, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub) * Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins * Author and maintain infrastructure\-as\-code using Terraform and Helm charts * Monitor system health with Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, and Grafana; own incident response and post\-mortems * Implement security best practices — IAM, VPC Service Controls, Secret Manager, and vulnerability scanning * Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce deployment friction and improve developer experience * Establish SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets across critical services * Drive cost optimisation through resource rightsizing and committed use discounts **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of DevOps / SRE / platform engineering experience * Strong hands\-on experience with GCP services (compute, networking, databases, serverless) * Proficiency in Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, and container orchestration * Experience writing Terraform for multi\-environment cloud deployments * Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go * Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux) * Google Cloud Professional certification (DevOps Engineer or Architect) is a strong plus * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast\-paced agile environment
