DevOps Engineer

For more information, visit blinqnetworks.com. **About The Role:** We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our large\-scale, multitenant Small Cell management platform across AWS and on\-premises Kubernetes (EKS). In this role, you will drive infrastructure automation, streamline deployments and ensure the platform is highly available, secure and scalable in both cloud and on\-prem environment. **What You’ll Be Responsible For:** * **Kubernetes Management:** Deploy and manage HA Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS and on\-prem), handle autoscaling, scheduling, resource optimization, multi\-AZ setups, ingress, RBAC and network policies. * **Infrastructure Automation:** Automate AWS infrastructure using Terrform (EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, Route 53, Direct Connect, ELB, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch). Automate on\-prem Kubernetes with Kubespray and Ansible, optimization for performance, security and cost. * **CI/CD \& Deployment:** Build and maintain pipelines using Jenkins, Argo CD and Helm. Implement GitOps workflows, blue/green deployments and rollbacks. * **Monitoring \& Logging:** Set up Prometheus Grafana for monitoring, configure alerts and implement log aggregation via EFK/ELK. Troubleshoot and maintain system reliability. * **Security \& Compliance:** Enforce best practices in Kubernetes and AWS (RBAC, Secrets, network policies, container security). * **Collaboration \& Documentation:** Work closely with developers to align infrastructure with application needs. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing in a small, agile DevOps team. **What We’re Looking For:** * In\-depth understanding Kubernetes concepts – pods, services, scheduling, HA. * Hands\-on experience with AWS EKS and on prem Kubernetes clusters. * Proficient in Infrastructure\-as\-Code (Terraform, Helm). * Extensive AWS experience: EKS, EC2, ECR, Lambda, Route 53, Multi\-AZ deployments. * CI/CD expertise: Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps workflows. * Monitoring \& logging: Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/ELK. * Strong scripting skills: Linux, Bash, Python. * On\-prem Kubernetes setup using Kubespray and Ansible. * Solid understanding of Kubernetes and AWS security best practices. **Preferred:** * Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS \+ On\-Prem). * Familiarity with security tools for Kubernetes. * Knowledge of Golang or other backend languages. * Experience supporting production deployments for large, security\- conscious enterprises customers.
