Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in enabling engineering teams by building robust platforms to enhance developer productivity, improving automation, and ensuring high availability across environments.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure Platform
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Ensure high standards of reliability, security, and observability across all environments.
- Build automation for provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
- Operate and improve containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Building internal tools to enhance developer productivity.
Reliability \& Operations
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to meet defined SLAs.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, and resilience improvements.
Collaboration \& Delivery
- Partner with application, data, and product engineering teams to understand infrastructure needs.
- Contribute to system design discussions and architectural reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of stable and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions.
Quality \& Best Practices
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure and pipelines.
- Write automated tests for infrastructure.
- Drive adoption of best practices for cost optimization and scalability.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Expertise in Terraform / CloudFormation and cloud-native services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Ruby or Java).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems.
Required Skills
- Experience with security, compliance, or cloud cost optimization.
- Exposure to SRE practices and production on-call ownership.
- Background in fintech or transaction-heavy systems.
