Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a
Help Desk Analyst
to provide technical support for end users across the organization. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolve technical incidents, and ensure timely support while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Create, update, and resolve support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Configure user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Support roles.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, printers, and remote support tools.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshservice.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and remote desktop tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking, VPN connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
- Any certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
