is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced
**Deputy Manager – Technical**
for high\-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, design review, BIM integration, and execution support across large\-scale construction projects.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and coordinate technical activities for high\-rise building projects.
* Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
* Support project teams in resolving technical and engineering\-related issues.
* Oversee BIM coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
* Review and manage Revit models, BIM deliverables, and AutoCAD drawings.
* Ensure compliance with project standards, authority requirements, and company procedures.
* Assist in technical submissions, material approvals, and design coordination activities.
* Monitor project progress and provide technical support to ensure timely execution.
* Maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
* Minimum 15\+ years of experience in contracting companies.
* Mandatory experience in high\-rise building projects.
* Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
* Strong technical coordination and problem\-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and project deadlines effectively.
