Role Description The Deputy Manager Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This role is responsible for driving sales growth in offset printing and corrugation services, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales and marketing plans, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role involves analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance, and optimizing promotional activities to strengthen brand presence. The Deputy Manager also supports forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, while mentoring team members and upholding a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
1- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
2- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales \& Marketing.
3- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive professional.
4- Experience in the packaging industry will be preferred.
