**About The Company** Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of Communications **Broad outline of the Role** * Responsible for implementation of plans with respect to Facilities Management, Travel Services, workspace resources and related support and administration services to the business. This is a tactical role which contributes to defining the direction of the operating plans based on the business strategy, with an impact on day\-to\-day management of business operations. **Minimum Qualifications \& Experience** * Graduate / Postgraduate any discipline * 18\-22 years' experience in managing minimum 3 lakh square feet of office/campus space and 3,000 plus employees. **Other Knowledge \& Skills** * Well\-versed in facilities management best practices. * Deep understanding of service orientation and quality focus, Facilitation skills, project management skills, project implementation and monitoring * Knowledge of various ISO standards such as ISO45001, 14001, 27001, etc. for effective compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee total facility and workplace management, maintenance \& enhancement related activities * Review service contracts and providing observations for improvement. * Ensure all projects are checked for quality and completion as per demand of the project, through the team. * Conduct and documenting surprise facilities inspections. * Handling hospitality related arrangements like Client visits, Employee Engagements, Awards ceremony, and large conferences * Coordinating with various statutory authorities for permission and compliances clearances. * Ensure procurement and project management activities related to CAPEX office renovations projects. * Developing, enhancing and implementing SOP that will provide an enhanced employee experience, cost efficiency and simplified UI. * Timely lease payment, lease negotiations and renewals, lease audits and disputes, sublet of unused space, leasing of own extra space, etc. * Ideating and implementing best practices in facilities, cafeteria, pantry and other amenities to enhance the employee experience. * Building strong connect with internal stakeholders and customer for better synergy. * Ensuring all compliance in accordance with the ISO standards related to health and safety, BCM, Info security, etc. are maintained through the team for zero non compliances.
