Please find the JD. Role \- Deputy General Manager\- Sales Location\- Bangalore Responsibilties : 1\. Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets 2\. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers 3\. Build pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat businesses 4\. Deliver Thomas Cook’s Best in class services to clients 5\. Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with Operations 6\. Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices 7\. Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management 8\. Signing of MOU’s / GFO’s / SLA’s for all projects 9\. People Managers to periodically review the performance of the sales team 10\. People Managers to establish and govern the sales organizations performance management system, which includes allocation of responsibilities, roles, setting right expectations of the team and drive complete accountability with results 11\. People Manager to responsibly lead and handle change management 12\. Understand the industry best practices and consider implementing them as per business requirement 13\. Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients 14\. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives 15\. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams 16\. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions 17\. Updating sales funnel and participates in regular sales reviews in conjunction with the senior key account management 18\. Regular updating of the information / data on the business system for MIS and follow laid down processes under the sales function of MICE Business 19\. Submission \& collection of important documents (such as GST certificates) to clients / file closing team for better control \| 1\. Focus on innovation and new techniques to penetrate the market 2\. Profit optimization to meet the budget 3\. Retention of existing accounts 4\. Maximize profitability through focus on Cash Flow Management and timely payment collections as per agreement 5\. Ensure conversion of leads through various channels 6\. Compliance and adherence to operating procedures defined in MICE operations 7\. Adherence to operational procedures and compliance requirements as defined by company
