Job Description
**Job Summary:**
The role is responsible for leading national B2B/Institutional sales by driving project\-based business with architects, designers, developers, and corporate clients. The position focuses on end\-to\-end project sales management, product specification, key account development, and achieving sales targets within the building materials and interiors industry.
**Job Requirements:**
* Develop and execute the national B2B/Institutional sales strategy, focusing on architects, interior designers, developers, large\-scale furniture manufacturers, and corporate clients.
* Build and manage a robust project pipeline, overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and product specification to negotiation, closing, and after\-sales support.
* Establish, nurture, and maintain high\-level relationships with key decision\-makers and influencers within the Architectural \& Design (A\&D) community.
* Drive the product specification process to ensure the company's products (MDF, laminates, chipboard) are listed in project tenders and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
* Meet and exceed assigned B2B sales targets, providing accurate monthly forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
* Collaborate with Marketing and the Design Studio to develop specialised B2B sales kits, technical presentations, and custom solutions for project\-based clients.
* Lead engagement at industry trade shows, architectural forums, and exhibitions to represent the company, generate new leads, and strengthen the brand's position in the project market.
* Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, project trends, and untapped segments within the B2B and institutional channel.
* Develop and implement key account management plans for high\-value clients, ensuring long\-term engagement, retention, and increased share of wallet.
* Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure the timely availability of customised materials, samples, and project\-specific requirements to support seamless project execution.
**Qualification \& Experience:**
* BBA/MBA (Marketing)
* 8\-10 years of proven B2B/Project/Institutional Sales experience within the Building Materials, Furniture, Laminates, or Construction industry.
* Must possess an existing, strong network within the A\&D (Architects \& Designers) community in Pakistan.
* Proven experience managing the end\-to\-end B2B sales cycle.
* Hands\-on experience in key account management within the B2B or project\-based industry.
* Experience in maintaining a structured project pipeline and preparing accurate sales forecasts.
* Practical experience using CRM software for lead tracking, reporting, and client management.
