**About The Company** Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of Communications **Designation** : Deputy General Manager\- Sales\- India **Location** : NDelhi\-GK\-1 **Reporting to** : General Manager **About The Role** * This role will own strategic accounts in the Manufacturing Enterprise in the North Region. across BFSI, Public Sector, with a clear mandate to build long\-term partnerships and drive large, complex deals in the Cloud , Security , IOT, Network , AI , Collaboration services in the North Region * This is not a volume sales role, it requires consultative selling, and the ability to navigate multi\-stakeholder environments. **Key Responsibilities Include** * Own and grow a portfolio of large Manufacturing Conglomerate in the North Region . * Drive growth within existing Enterprise and Strategic accounts, with clear strategies for upsell, cross\-sell, and multi\-year expansion. * Drive end\-to\-end sales cycles for high\-value Cloud , Security ,AI, Network and platform\-led solutions * Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to position transformation initiatives * Identify and build strategic pipelines, focusing on long\-term revenue visibility over transactional wins * Partner with internal teams (pre\-sales, product, delivery) to craft tailored, high\-impact solutions * Lead complex deal negotiations, including commercial structuring and contracting * Build strong industry connects and market intelligence to shape GTM strategy * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date Salesforce hygiene across the team and provide reliable, insight\-led forecast information to leadership. * Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable **What Do You Need To Have** * 12\-18\+ years of experience in enterprise sales / strategic accounts * Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (multi\-million / high\-value deals) * Strong exposure to Manufacturing accounts in the North region. * Experience selling technology\-led solutions (AI, data, cloud, SaaS, analytics platforms) * Ability to engage and influence C\-level stakeholders * High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous, high\-growth environments * Strong commercial acumen and structured problem\-solving approach * Ability to sell to multiple constituencies within an organization (Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, IT) * Consultative, value\-proposition/business case driven sales methodology experience. * Must be an articulate, persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills * Ability to work and act independently and be pro\-active **Key Qualification \& Experience** Bachelor s degree in technical background. MBA will be an added advantage. Experience handling clients in the **Enterprise** segment.
