Job Description
**Role \& responsibilities**
* Lead the end\-to\-end management of MEP services, including design, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project closeout for HT/LT electrical installations (HV/LV systems), HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.
* Develop, plan, and monitor detailed MEP schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources for large building and township projects.
* Coordinate effectively with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of all MEP\-related works.
* Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality systems while managing costs and project timelines efficiently.
* Drive value engineering initiatives and optimize resource utilization to maximize project profitability.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions proactively.
* Manage project budgets with a strong grasp of financial principles and project financing.
* Foster a collaborative environment that ensures all MEP works comply with safety and regulatory standards.
**Preferred candidate profile**
Qualifications \& Experience
* Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.
* 12\-20 years of proven experience managing MEP services in large\-scale real estate projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and IT parks.
* Strong technical knowledge across all MEP disciplines from conceptual design to commissioning.
* Hands\-on experience with design coordination, procurement, and site execution of mechanical, electrical (HT/LT), HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.
* Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors.
* Sound understanding of financial concepts related to project budgeting and cost control.
**Preferred Attributes**
* Prior experience in MEP design and design review.
* Proven track record in value engineering and efficient resource utilization.
* In\-depth knowledge of project management software and scheduling tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving abilities.
