Deputy General Manager-Land

**Responsibilities** * Lead the land acquisition process from identification to possession in alignment with project timelines and requirements. * Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure land parcels for project development. * Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition. * Manage a team of land acquisition professionals and oversee their performance and development. * Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Engineering, and Project Management to facilitate smooth land acquisition processes. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and local communities to ensure successful project execution. * Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to senior management regarding land acquisition status and challenges. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in land acquisition to incorporate into project strategies. * Contribute to the overall project success by providing expertise in land acquisition and related processes. **Qualifications** 5\-15 years of experience in Land Acquisition in the Thermal Projects industry.
