DATA SCRAPER / WEB SCRAPING SPECIALIST
X Window Solution is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Scraper / Web Scraping Specialist who can collect, clean, organize, and validate large volumes of business and prospect data from different online sources.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that scraping is not just copying information. You should be able to build reliable data extraction workflows, maintain data quality, remove duplicates, structure datasets, and provide accurate information that our sales and marketing teams can actually use.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Scrape and collect business and prospect data from websites, directories, marketplaces, and other online sources
- Extract information:
- Build and maintain structured lead databases
- Clean, format, normalize, and organize large datasets
- Identify and remove duplicate, incomplete, and irrelevant records
- Validate scraped information before submitting final datasets
- Work with Google Sheets, Excel, CSV files, and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain automated scraping workflows where required
- Monitor scraping processes and troubleshoot extraction errors
- Research new data sources based on campaign requirements
- Coordinate with sales and lead-generation teams to understand targeting requirements
- Deliver datasets according to daily and weekly targets
- Maintain proper documentation of data sources and scraping processes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Web Scraping, Data Extraction, Data Mining, or Lead Data Collection
- Strong understanding of structured and unstructured web data
- Experience with scraping tools, browser automation, or custom scraping scripts
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience handling CSV and large datasets
- Strong data-cleaning and deduplication skills
- Ability to verify and maintain high data accuracy
- Understanding of B2B prospecting and lead-generation data is highly preferred
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently meet daily and weekly data targets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience
Experience collecting data from sources such as:
- Google Maps
- Business directories
- Company websites
- Ecommerce marketplaces
- Industry directories
- Public business databases
- Local business listings
Experience working with US business data and B2B lead-generation campaigns will be a strong advantage.
