• Drive technical decisions around model architecture, deployment strategies, and
production optimization.
• Guide junior data scientists and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver

• Shape the future of how AI can support HR \& Finance teams in high\-growth companies.
What You Bring:
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 4\+ years of hands\-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs
• Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production
• Strong experience with:
• LLM development and fine\-tuning (e.g., GPT models, embedding models)
• Modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain)
• Production ML deployment and monitoring
• Python development and API design
