Data Scientist

**Role Overview** The Data Scientist will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business insights, build predictive models, and enable data\-driven decision\-making across functions. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop scalable data solutions, enhance customer experience, and optimize operations. **Key Responsibilities** **Data Analysis \& Insights** * Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance * Support decision\-making through data\-backed recommendations **Machine Learning \& Model Development** * Build, train, and deploy machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems) * Continuously monitor and improve model performance * Work on use cases like customer segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization **Data Engineering \& Pipelines** * Design and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows * Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility * Collaborate with engineering teams for production deployment **Experimentation \& Performance Tracking** * Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve product features * Track key metrics and evaluate impact of data\-driven initiatives * Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders **AI \& Innovation** * Explore and implement AI/LLM\-based solutions * Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and analytics * Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance efficiency **Qualifications and Experience** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field * 2–5 years of experience in Data Science / Analytics (can adjust based on role) * Experience with ML models, data handling, and analytics tools * Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools is a plus
