The Role
• Apply advanced analytical, statistical, and machine learning techniques to support major government programmes and enterprise\-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement data\-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and validate statistical models and machine learning solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to uncover insights and inform decision\-making.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of analytical roadmaps and the operationalisation of models in production environments.
What You'll Need
• Experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Proven experience in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, predictive modelling, and experimental design.
• Experience working within an agile delivery environment.
• Robust problem\-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
