The Role • Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML/GenAI solutions to optimize clinical trial operations. • Drive the creation of GenAI applications for automated clinical trial documentation, including medical reports and protocols. • Support the development and implementation of Digital Healthcare applications for scientific tools and patient engagement. • Design and develop predictive models and generative AI solutions using diverse healthcare data sources. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards in all AI/ML initiatives. What You'll Need • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related field. • 3\-5 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year applying AI/ML in healthcare or clinical research. • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar, with experience in modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Demonstrated experience with generative AI technologies, including LLM architectures and frameworks. • Knowledge and experience with digital healthcare tools design and development. • Familiarity with high compute cloud\-based platforms (e.g., AWS) and MLOps deployment approaches.
