The teams are transforming Operations through Tech and Analytics.* *Do You Dream Big?* *We Need You.* **Job Description** **Job Title:** *Data Scientist* **Location:** *Bengaluru (Onsite)* **Reporting to:** *Principal Product Manager* **PURPOSE OF ROLE** The Marketing GenAI Team at Anheuser\-Busch InBev (AB InBev) is focused on building and scaling AI\-powered solutions that enable business users to extract actionable insights from enterprise data. As part of this team, you will work on improving, extending and scaling an in\-house Gen AI insights product by customizing LLM behavior, integrating enterprise data systems, and improving its reliability in real\-world scenarios.­ **KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** * Extend capabilities of an existing AI copilot by configuring different domains and integrating business logic * Customize and optimize LLM outputs using prompt engineering to improve accuracy, reasoning, and domain alignment * Translate business questions into structured analytical logic and AI workflows, and develop and maintain analytical tools using Python and SQL. * Integrate structured data sources with AI systems to enable data\-driven insights * Monitor and debug AI system performance using observability tools such as Langfuse * Identify and resolve issues across prompts, orchestration layers, and data pipelines * Work with containerized environments using Docker for development and deployment consistency * Leverage version control tools like Git for collaborative development, code management, and maintaining reproducibility of models. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance system capabilities * Stay current with industry trends and advancements in the Gen AI space. **QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS** * Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Good understanding of language model technologies, including LangChain, LangGraph OpenAI Python SDK, LammaIndex, OLamma, etc. * Proficiency in implementing and optimizing machine learning models for natural language processing. * Experience with observability tools such as mlflow, langsmith, langfuse, etc. * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and proficiency in relevant frameworks. * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. *And above all of this, an undying love for beer!* *We dream big to create a future with more cheers* .
