Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled **Data Scientist with strong AI/ML expertise** to drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI\-led innovation across business functions. The role will focus on developing scalable machine learning solutions, leveraging structured and unstructured data, and delivering actionable insights to enable data\-driven decision\-making. Key responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics * Build models for Risk modeling, Customer segmentation,Forecasting and optimization * Explore large datasets to extract patterns, trends, and insights * Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering * Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, etc.) * Develop and implement AI\-driven solutions and use cases * Integrate models into production environments using APIs or pipelines * Exposure of model deployment (MLOps) * Hands on Experience on Agentic AI workflows would be plus. **Technical Skills** Strong proficiency in: * Python / R * SQL Expertise in : * Scikit\-learn * TensorFlow / PyTorch * Model development lifecycle (end\-to\-end) * Feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning * Model evaluation metrics * NLP * Deep learning models * Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering) * MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.) * Agentic Workflow (Nice to Have) Experience with: Knowledge of data visualization tools: * Power BI / Tableau / Matplotlib / Seaborn
