Essential Duties/Tasks of Position: \-Support development of advanced engine performance condition trend monitoring algorithms \-Analyze steady state and transient engine trend data in support of engineering studies \-Support QCPC \& field investigations related to turbine engine Performance, Operability, Control, and Mechanical subsystems \-Perform performance deterioration studies of engines operating in service \-Develop and implement scripts, algorithms, machine learning, data clustering and fault classification techniques within a relational database structure to manage, aggregate, and search data in support of advanced diagnostics and prognostics. \-Implement and maintain analytic dashboards and Power BI solutions Required Qualifications: \-Bachelor"s degree in mathematics, computer science, mechanical, aerospace, or related field. \-Proficiency in multiple of the following programming tools: Python, SQL, C\+\+/C\#, MATLAB, Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages \-Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Databricks, and AWS Lambda \-Comfort in collaborative development using source code control (git) and CI/CD deployments \-Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel \- Proficiency in communicating in English Beneficial Skills: \-Experienced with Amazon AWS and Databricks cloud\-based deployments \-Experience in turbomachinery performance modeling (i.e., SOAPP, FAST, NPSS, etc.) \-Experience supporting turbomachinery testing, data collection, or data reduction \-Experience in 6s Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma
