In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, build predictive models, and proactively uncover opportunities that enhance business performance. You’ll report directly to the **Director of Business Intelligence \& Data Analytics** and play a key role in shaping data strategy and analytics initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and define KPIs * Lead data requirement discussions and streamline data exchange processes * Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities * Build and deploy machine learning models and predictive solutions * Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and validate model performance * Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non\-technical audiences * Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and data sources * Ensure timely delivery of projects and analytics initiatives **Technical Skills Required** * Strong proficiency in **Python** (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn) * Solid foundation in **statistics** (hypothesis testing, regression, predictive modeling) * Experience with **machine learning frameworks** (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) * Data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2\) * Strong SQL and database knowledge * Exposure to **big data tools** (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) * Experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Familiarity with **Git/version control systems** * Expertise in data preprocessing and feature engineering **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred) * Experience in the **Payments industry** is a plus * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple projects independently * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * High level of integrity and professionalism **Our Commitment to Diversity \& Inclusion:** Did you know that Apexon has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, in each of the four regions in which it operates: USA (for the seventh time in 2026\), India (for the tenth consecutive time in 2026\), the UK(for the fourth time in 2026\) and Mexico (for the second time in 2026\).
