**Work Snapshot** **Type** : W2 **Location** : Remote **Commitment** : 40 hours per week **Commission** : $27 $32 per hour **What You will Be Doing** * Design challenging data science and machine learning tasks based on real\-world workflows * Evaluate model outputs and provide detailed feedback on correctness, efficiency, and reasoning quality * Develop evaluation frameworks for statistical reasoning, ML pipelines, and analytical workflows * Create accurate, well\-documented solutions that serve as high\-quality ground truth data * Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve consistency and technical accuracy in training data **What We are Looking For** * Strong experience in data science, machine learning, data engineering, or software engineering * Strong experience in statistical modeling, programming, data analysis, or LLM workflows * Demonstrable career progression in technical or analytical domains * Ability to commit to full\-time weekday availability throughout the engagement * Experience with data annotation, evaluation, or human feedback workflows is a plus * Strong written communication and technical documentation skills **How To Apply** Upload resume Interview Submit form
