Data Science Specialist

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to lead key data and analytics initiatives across Data Science, Business Intelligence \& Artificial Intelligence. This role will be responsible for building data\-driven capabilities that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk controls, and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical depth with business acumen and leadership skills, capable of managing teams, stakeholders, and enterprise\-scale data programs in a fast\-paced fintech / banking environment. **Key Responsibilities \-** * **Advance Data Science:** Lead the development of predictive models for customer acquisition, churn prevention, fraud detection, and personalization. * **Elevate Business Intelligence:** Build executive dashboards and MIS frameworks to enable insights across payments, product, and profitability. * **Drive AI \& GenAI Initiatives:** Implement cutting\-edge LLM solutions, chatbots, and internal automation while ensuring responsible AI governance. * **Lead \& Partner:** Build and mentor a high\-performing team while collaborating with Product, Risk, Finance, and Technology stakeholders. **Knowledge \& Experience \-** * 10 –12 years in Analytics/Data/AI, preferably within Banking, Fintech, Payments, or Telecom. * Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Math, CS, or Economics; an MBA is a plus. * Proficient in Python, SQL, PySpark, and ML modeling. You are familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and the GenAI ecosystem.
