Location: Remote
Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours/week (weekdays)
Commission: $70 $100 per hour
What You Ll Be Doing Guide teams on data science methodology, statistical inference, and modeling best practices
Design complex data science tasks and develop structured analytical solutions
Evaluate outputs generated by systems and experts, providing clear technical feedback
Build evaluation frameworks for statistical reasoning, ML pipeline design, and data analysis quality
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training workflows
What We Re Looking For Strong experience in data science, statistical modeling, data analysis, or applied machine learning
Strong experience in evaluating analytical workflows, labeling, or feedback-based review processes
Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain modeling decisions clearly
Familiarity with LLMs, advanced systems, or agentic workflows
Ability to commit to a full-time weekday schedule
