Salary: 40k-60k (Negotiable)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Translation Empire. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling client queries with professionalism, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.

Identify customer needs and ensure complete satisfaction.

Maintain strong knowledge of our services to provide effective assistance.

Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved.

(Aligned with UK Time)

For Females: 12:00PM - 9:00PM

For Males: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM/ 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM/ 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM/ 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM / 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
