We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in a

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to supply chain operations, including order status, shipment tracking, and delivery issues, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, documenting all interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as logistics, procurement, and warehousing, to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Utilize ERP systems to access relevant information, track orders, and identify potential supply chain disruptions impacting customer deliveries.
  • Proactively identify and escalate recurring customer issues to management for process improvement and strategic resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries, resolution times, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role, preferably within a supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in supply chain logistics or operations.
  • Relevant professional certifications in customer service or supply chain management.
