Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to supply chain operations, including order status, shipment tracking, and delivery issues, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, documenting all interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as logistics, procurement, and warehousing, to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Utilize ERP systems to access relevant information, track orders, and identify potential supply chain disruptions impacting customer deliveries.
- Proactively identify and escalate recurring customer issues to management for process improvement and strategic resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries, resolution times, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role, preferably within a supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in supply chain logistics or operations.
- Relevant professional certifications in customer service or supply chain management.
