Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Customer Support Agent serving the US market in the EST time zone. The Customer Support Agent will be a Virtual assistant to our customers and will help them handle day-to-day customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide troubleshooting assistance, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The candidate will be expected to maintain clear communication with clients and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
