ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Customer Success Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting client relationships, coordinating onboarding activities, responding to customer inquiries, and helping ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

COMPENSATION
The
salary range
for this role is
$95,000 - $135,000 per year
, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support customer onboarding and implementation activities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Prepare customer reports and status updates
- Monitor renewal timelines and client milestones
- Document customer feedback and improvement opportunities
- Assist with retention and relationship-building initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Support special projects and operational tasks as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, operations, or support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
