Job Description
Our client **Flowtel Networks** is hiring a Customer Services Representative in Lahore. **Responsibilities:** \- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. \- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently. \- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. \- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. \- Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues. \- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. \- Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer experience. \- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. **Requirements:** \- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. \- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. \- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. \- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. \- Excellent communication and presentation skills. \- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. \- Ability to work in\-person full\-time during business hours. **Qualifications:** \- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. \- 1\-2 years of experience in a customer service role. \- Proficient in English; additional languages will be an advantage. \- Comfortable using computers and familiar with using office software. **Benefits:** \- Competitive salary and benefits package. \- Opportunities for professional growth and development. \- Friendly and supportive work environment.
