Job Description
A full\-time position to join our team. We are seeking experienced candidates with experience working in a customer service role to join our growing team. The role is to respond to customer inquiries over the phone and via email. This position does NOT involve sales. As the customers are based in the UK, an excellent level of spoken and written English is required. The job responsibilities will be: * Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and via email * To input data into Excel and into an online database for processing e\-commerce orders * Updating customer database * Carrying out any other reasonably assigned duties * Liaising with internal departments Required skills and experience: * Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English * Must have experience in customer service * Must be meticulous and pay attention to detail Relevant experience includes (but is not limited to): * Call Centre Operative * Customer service advisor * Customer service in a clinical setting (hospital, clinic) * Worked in a clinical role and wanting to transition to customer service (e.g. Nutritionist/dietitian/various other clinical roles) Office hours: 12:00 pm \- 9:00 pm Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays This is an office\-based role, and the office is based in Clifton/Karachi. Training will be provided, and the job is available for immediate start. * Salary: Competitive and based on experience
