**Onsite role at Fremont, CA. Candidates need to work Monday \- Friday (40 hours per week)**

* Strong Communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Experienced with Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Experienced in Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Expert in Communicating with customers through emails, calls, meetings.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Experienced with Data entry in MRP systems.
* Experience in getting production status in different departments to provide accurate commits.
* Have strong knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
