Job Description
**Onsite role at Fremont, CA. Candidates need to work Monday \- Friday (40 hours per week)** **Skills:** * Experienced in Customer support. * Ability to perform multi\-tasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Strong Communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Experienced with Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. * Experienced in Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. * Expert in Communicating with customers through emails, calls, meetings. * Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. * Experienced with Data entry in MRP systems. * Experience in getting production status in different departments to provide accurate commits. * Have strong knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Our Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.
