Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at KAJ Consultancy located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing orders, and providing product information. The role also involves maintaining and updating customer accounts, as well as performing administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of the customer service department.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representative, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Shift:

Night

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday.
