Customer Service Specialist - GCC

Together we can influence the world around us to make life and work better. **Ferring\+You** Carry out the order to invoice process, including maintenance of accurate shipment dates, providing the right credit notes, payment terms, etc. **Your day at Ferring** * Oversee and manage the completion of lifecycle orders: * Study review (stock availability, coming orders, In market Sales, stock inventory report) * Placing orders with distributors based on the study review results * Communicate the official order with Amman office * Follow up with customer service regarding any unmatching data or deviation * Review DF on monthly basis, making sure to align the forecast with the open orders (Private \& Tender) and approved budget. * Handle all issues related to shipping procedure with distributor (Invoices, CoA, COO, packing list, AWB, …etc.) to get authority approval and airlines green light * Active participation in tender business with all needed elements. **Behind our innovation…There’s you** You bring the following skills and experience to Ferring: * B.Sc. in Supply Management \\ Business * 3 \- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals field * Fluent in English language. * Strong communication skills * Ability to handle the pressure of meeting productivity goals \& deadlines. **People come first at Ferring** * Get inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone’s right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love. * Our inclusive support package – “Building Families at Ferring” provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role. * Parental leave for both birthing and non\-birthing parents. * Extended support on family building journey.
