Salary: Base Pay: 50,000 PKR + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 70K - 80K)

, and be part of a high-energy sales team. We are looking for a Cold Calling Sales Agent with fluent English and at least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets.
• Engage prospects with a compelling pitch and generate interest in IT services.
• Qualify leads and ensure they meet company criteria before transfer.
• Maintain high call volumes while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
• Accurately log customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (neutral or near-native accent)
• Minimum of 6 months of cold calling experience in sales or lead generation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Punctuality is a must – strict adherence to shift timings 6 PM Onwards.
• Exceptional work ethic, respect, and a team-player attitude
• Goal-oriented with a growth mindset
• Ability to adapt, think fast, and handle rejection
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
