Customer Service Representative

**Role Overview:** As an **Customer Service Representative – Real Estate** , your role will involve promoting and selling property units, meeting clients in person, generating leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting potential clients into successful deals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and understand the needs and preferences of clients * Provide detailed information about suitable property options * Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely deal closures * Stay in regular contact with clients to track any changes in their requirements * Build and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field * Strong interest and enthusiasm for sales * Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and achieving high standards * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
