Shift: Evening/Night (U.S. Hours)

  • Handle customer calls, messages, and bookings in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless service experience
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth ride coordination
  • Represent YSF Enterprises with courtesy, confidence, and care.

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset patient, polite, and problem-solving oriented
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or dispatch is preferred but not required
  • Limousine dispatch experience is not mandatory candidates with strong communication and service skills are highly encouraged to apply!
