- Handle customer calls, messages, and bookings in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless service experience

- Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth ride coordination
- Represent YSF Enterprises with courtesy, confidence, and care.
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset patient, polite, and problem-solving oriented
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or dispatch is preferred but not required
- Limousine dispatch experience is not mandatory candidates with strong communication and service skills are highly encouraged to apply!
