**Location:** College Road, Lahore. **Job Type:** Full Time **Job Timing:** Night Shift,9pm to 6am PKT **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and personable **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. * Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. * Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM system. * Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately. * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. * Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. * Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. * Handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies. * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in relevant field * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to multi\-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
