Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients across multiple Instagram accounts and sourcing influencers daily according to our specific criteria. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle direct messaging and communication with clients on several Instagram profiles. * Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers every day. * Maintain accurate records of communications and outreach activities. * Follow provided guidelines and scripts to ensure consistency and professionalism. * Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve processes. **Requirements:** * Good written English communication skills. * Basic understanding of Instagram (training will be provided). * Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Self\-motivated and comfortable working independently during night hours. **Work Schedule:** * Night Shift: 9 PM to 5 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). * 5 days a week. **Salary:** 45000 PKR \- 50000 PKR **What We Offer:** * Comprehensive training on all tasks and tools. * Supportive and collaborative remote work environment. * Opportunity to grow within the company.
