Job Description
**Working hours:**
09:00 – 17:00
**Location:**
Hybrid – 3 days per week in Milton Keynes office, 2 days remote
* Initial training will be on\-site in Milton Keynes
**Experience:**
* Previous call Centre/customer service experience preferred
* Customer\-facing retail/hospitality experience also considered
**Skills:**
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working in a regulated environment (Financial Services experience beneficial)
