Customer Care Representative
Company: Treatments by Dr. Arooba Batool
Location: DHA Phase 7
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
\* Manage and respond to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and WhatsApp
\* Handle comments, DMs, and ad responses professionally and promptly
\* Resolve customer complaints efficiently
\* Provide accurate product information and guidance
\* Maintain a positive brand tone in all communications
\* Keep records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:
\* Prior experience in customer care / social media handling
\* Strong communication skills (Urdu \& English)
\* Quick learner with problem\-solving ability
\* Polite, patient, and customer\-focused attitude
\* Ability to multitask and handle pressure
\* Basic understanding of Meta ads \& social media tools is a plus
