Encore Patient Transfers, a Canadian-based Non-Emergency Patient Transfer Service, is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join their team. These roles serve clients in both the USA and Canada during night shift hours. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing inbound calls from healthcare facilities, accurately collecting booking details, providing customer support, and handling inquiries professionally.
This position requires onsite work and excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and strong spoken and listening abilities. Representatives contribute to ensuring a seamless experience for clients who rely on timely patient transfer services. Customer Service Representatives at Encore Patient Transfers do not manage a team but play a critical role in supporting clients by multitasking between order taking, booking appointments, and providing on-call support. Representatives maintain a customer-focused approach while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
