We are hiring Swedish\-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support riders and drivers in a global e\-hailing platform. You will handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice while ensuring high\-quality service experience.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer support for riders \& drivers
* Resolve booking, payment, and account issues
* Provide support via chat, email, and calls
* Manage escalations and complaints
* Ensure high customer satisfaction
* Work in rotational shifts (24/7 support)
๐ง Requirements
* Fluent in Swedish (C1/C2 level preferred)
* Good English communication (B1\+)
* 0โ2 years experience (freshers with language skills welcome)
* Strong communication \& problem\-solving skills
* Willing to work shifts \& weekends
