  • Practicing active listening to fully understand customer needs.
  • Delivering excellent overall service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is strictly required (Excellent spoken and written communication skills).
  • Must have your own personal laptop in good working condition.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency with email systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a deep commitment to service excellence.
