Requirements:

- Must have your own personal laptop in good working condition.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with email systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
