Job Description
Our Customer Service team is responsible for scheduling contracted facilities work for our growing number of enterprise retail clients. This is not a remote position, primarily because of the daily interaction with teammates that is so beneficial in enhancing your customer's experience.
You’ll coordinate real\-time service across technicians, vendors, and clients—solving problems fast, keeping operations on track, and making sure commitments are met.
If you like fast\-paced environments where you can take ownership and make an impact daily, this is that role.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. Experience in a call center, facilities management, or similar work environment provides a solid foundation for being successful in this role.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage daily client service orders with Royal teammates, subcontractors and vendors.
* Act as liaison between Royal, subcontractors and vendors to maintain client specifications while meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 \- 3 years' of relevant work experience
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
