We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to support our locations. This role will work across multiple stores to provide coverage and operational support where needed. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, supporting different teams, and helping customers find the best storage solutions for their needs. Our Customer Service Representatives play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients by helping them find the best storage solutions for their needs. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being part of a small, collaborative team, this may be the role for you. **What You’ll Do** * Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and by email. * Assist customers in selecting appropriate storage solutions and unit sizes. * Follow up on inquiries, confirm reservations, complete rental agreements, and update customer records. * Promote and sell retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, and other moving supplies. * Collect rental payments and follow up on outstanding accounts when required. * Complete daily administrative tasks and reporting. * Conduct regular inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, secure, and customer\-ready. * Maintain the overall appearance of the facility by performing light cleaning, organizing moving carts, and removing debris. * Travel between designated locations to provide operational support and staff coverage as required. **What We’re Looking For** * High school diploma and/or some post\-secondary education. * Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales. * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Professional telephone manner and customer\-focused approach. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to travel between multiple store locations and work weekends when required. * Valid driver’s license is an asset **What We Offer** * A career with an established company in a growing industry. * Competitive hourly wages and incentive opportunities. * Career progression opportunities including training and development programs. * A supportive and team\-oriented work environment. * Employee discounts on storage and retail merchandise. **Employment Details** * Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent * Location: Ontario (supporting multiple store locations) * Pay: $20\-$25 per hour Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance\-based incentive plan, comprehensive health \& dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.
